$175 hold on my credit card
A $175.00 on my credit card for $30 worth of gas. There was no notice or anything saying this was going to happen.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After making verbal contact with Loves because Pissed consumer got their attention. I was phoned and emailed and asked for my paperwork in regards to the incident and was refunded the funds that I asked for.
On May 3, 2024 I brought my 2003 NationalRV Islander, Class A motorhome, to the tire bay of Loves #0339 Truckcare and inquired about having a tire repaired. The passenger side rear inside dual tire was reporting low on air pressure(46psi) according to my TPMS.
I was assured that this could be taken care of without a problem. I drove my coach into the work bay and set the air brake. I used the hydraulic jacks of my coach to raise the passenger side of my coach off the ground. The Loves employee secured the axel with a jack stand for safety.
After removing the set of duals on the passenger side it was determined that the valve stem of the inside dual was defective and was in need of replacement. The valve stem was replaced. The tire was then water tested after being filled to the proper air pressure with positive results. The tires were reinstalled on my coach.
I noticed the employee was having a difficult time installing the rear dual hubcap. I pointed out that the hubcap had two different sized holes small ones for the lug nuts would hold in place and the larger were to pass over the remaining lug nuts that had been put on to center the outer rim. I took no notice to how the lug nuts were being installed assuming this was a busy tire center and their employees had changed many tractor tailer tires. When I saw the finished product all the beauty caps were on the lug nuts.
I had know way of knowing all the lug nuts had been installed backwards (crowned side of the nut facing out). I left Odessa that day confident that my wheels were repaired and in good condition. On May 3, 2024 we left the Loves #339 on our way to Loomis, California through Reno, Nevada. On June 9,2024 we traveled from Loomis, Ca.
to Pahrump, Nevada via Reno, Nevada. We spent the night of June 10, 2024 in Beatty, Nevada. The following morning, June 11,2024, we left Beatty for Pahrump, Nev. After some miles on the road I noticed a shimmy that wasnt present the day before.
When I slowed down entering Pahrump my wife(driving in our vehicle) noticed the wheel on the passenger side was wobbling a bit. I stopped along the roadway and checked the wheels. I saw that the passenger side wheels were missing a number of lug nuts. At this time I called Purcell Tire of Pahrump to see if they could help with my situation.
I limped the motorhome, as carefully as I could, over to Purcell Tire and spoke with Sam Knapp the store manager. Sam stated that he could not believe someone would install all of the lug nuts on backwards. Sam stated that the repairs could be completed but wed have to find the parts replacements in Las Vegas. After determining the proper lug nuts, bud nuts and studs that were needed, the following day I made a trip to Las Vegas and drove to 6 different locations to acquire the necessary parts.
I had to order the 8 studs needed from Rush Truck Center(Peterbuilt) of Las Vegas. The studs were delivered the following day. Because of the severity of the job Purcell hired an outside source for the installation of the new parts. Ken of J and K Mobile Repair in Pahrump did all the installation work and mounted the tires onto the motor coach in Purcells work area where the coach was parked.
I paid both Purcells Tire and J and K Mobile Repair for the completed repairs(receipts attached). Because of this situation I was forced to stay in our coach on Purcell grounds for two nights and 3 days of sweltering heat(triple digits) while running my 8000W generator to provide me with air conditioning in order to stay cooler. This required an additional 15 gal of diesel fuel(receipts attached). My wife and daughter who were traveling with me were forced to procure a hotel room for both nights(receipts attached).
We were also forced to eat out all three night because of the coach being down. I did not keep the receipts for this unfortunately. The extent of the damage that occurred is evident in the photos provided. But, whats not evident in the photos is the fact that we could have been killed, if not injured badly because of the damage done to the wheels by the improper installation of the lug nuts.
I am in hopes that you will see your way clear to reimburse me for all parts ands labor on this extensive repair needed because of your employees incompetence in this matter.
Total expenditures were $1428.92. All receipts attached to Email.

I was visiting Love's travel stops and had gotten my Bojangles for breakfast this is the Love's in Marion Illinois. when one of the employees Mindy talent had started screaming at me and told me she needed me to get out of the store I guess simply just cuz she doesn't like me.
my girlfriend was working there at the time on the other side of the store while I was being chased to the store by this employee I thought that her employer should know that she keeps trying to buy drugs from customers so I let the managers know and then this Mindy talent attacked me the whole thing is on video at Love's in Marion I have already contacted the HR department which have never contacted me back and I am just sickened by this. they never did anything to her and then after she attacked me the two managers that were there we're on the employee side that attacked me shortly after this altercation the business fired my fiance also.
I am very close to taking legal steps to sue since nobody seems to be wanting to do anything about it and on top of that now they are trying to fight my fiance's unemployment using reasons that have nothing to do with why she was let go. I think that loves needs to get to the bottom of what the real situation is

You used to have good hot water in the restrooms, cleanliness, very good personnel, and always have receipt paper at the pumps. I can't remember when I last got a receipt at the pump. The last few times I have stopped, it was at the store on 65 South, about 10 miles out of Montgomery, Alabama. I have yet to get a receipt at the pump, then I have to go in and stand in line and wait for the cashier to finish her texts before I can get a receipt.
If I am forced to go inside to get my receipt, that is all I'm getting. I will stop at the next exit and buy my drinks and snacks.
It is really a shame what has happened to this great company and store. Maybe you should start letting your managers train at a Buc-ee's.

I've ride there multiple times nobody's qualified to do anything they're open as a truck stop but nobody is qualified to do anything you can't even get air for the tires because all the fittings are broken when I asked to go into the shop they all hid they don't want to work I look at this and so do other people this is a convenience store Yes they sell diesel but they don't give air they don't work on equipment they just want to get paid I've complained four different times and I finally gave up found other places to go

I visited the loves store in newberry at 7:00pm on 12/23/2024 and noticed that the workers on diesel side were giggling and making faces as they were drinking out of loves cups. They were saying how whatever they were drinking was strong and the blonde girl kept blasting rap music and laughing around the store.
The employees at the front end were the only two who were working and making sure customers are taken care of.
As I finally got the things I needed and went to my car, I noticed the blonde girl at her car pouring alcohol into the loves cups and bringing them back inside. It appears that no managers are on the clock to make sure their employees are not drinking on the clock or making sure the store is ran properly.
Terrible Risk Management
Loves in Hardin Montana has huge potholes exiting and entering the big rig area. Bottomed out motorhome exiting and cracked front cap.
Spoke with the manager at Love's and he informed me that they know they have an issue and have repaired the potholes previously. He filed an incident with Love's Risk Management. Risk Management has delayed this now for over two months and now claim that it's the city's property not theirs, so they have no responsibility. This is a short dead end road that Love's had built to service their fleet area.
The asphalt that has deteriorated is the patch that Love's paid for and had repaired. This is not an acceptable manner to handle road surface issues at a Love's.

I understand jacking up the prices a bit at a truck stop, but I don't understand why you want to screw the drivers who literally supply you with everything. Points don't count when everything is priced 5 to 6 times higher than what it should be.

I don't know if the manager at your Okmulgee, OK was having a bad night or what, but she wasn't very friendly. I went to walk up to the counter and she doesn't even look up at me. She hatefully says, 'This one's for cash only.' I was like, 'Oh, OK.' I went to another register and I said, 'She isn't very friendly.' The guy said, 'Who, my manager Kim?' I said, 'Yeah.' He smarted off, 'Oh, she's very friendly.' I said, 'Well, not to me,' and then he pops off, 'Well, you have to know her better.'
I don't care if you have a bad day. You leave it at the door. You don't take it out on co-workers and especially not your customers.
I go in there for the tea, which was out. It's the best next to ours at Coke.
Maybe they need a little more customer service training.

Which was $2,600. They only gave me $1,200.
At store # 724 roughly 8 months ago, I contacted cooperate regarding the diesel fuel that was accidentally put in the gas. Ive been getting the run around ever since.

On Wednesday 4/10/24 I was charged $175.00 for gas on my credit card. Today 4/12/24 I have seen the charge on my credit card.
I did not purchase gas for my car for $175.00.
Please remove this charge and charge me the correct amount. It should be approximately $50.00.

Yes I'm a customer who was simply using the bathroom at this store and monitor located in Monte Vista Colorado I was going to purchase a few items but first I needed to use the restroom while in the restroom and employee by the name of Alize I believe a blue-headed blue haired young little girl stated that they were going to call the cops on me because I was doing drugs and their restroom which I was not I was taking a number two a *** and I told the young girl what do you mean I'm doing drugs can you smell my *** what are you doing back there by the restrooms anyways are you trying to be a *** and watch me use the restroom or are you trying to smell my butt that's disgusting I'm really really really feeling harassed right now and really disgusted in the service that that employee is providing there at Love's Travel Stop here in Monte Vista Colorado I believe she needs to be fired she should not be hanging around the bathrooms trying to smell people's butts I was simply in the restroom for less than 5 minutes but due to her actions I cut my restroom break short and decided not to give my business no more and I had rode my bike exactly 2 miles from my house just to come to this Love's because of certain products that this store contains that others do not and I'm simply more Angry than ever I do wish that management there at that store is retrained on how they should go about people's restroom breaks if a customer walks in they should not be hanging out by the bathroom trying to smell in my opinion people's butts are trying to be sneaky and checked me out while I'm using the bathroom and be a *** I feel sexually harassed and I also feel just harassed in general it's a crock of bull I refuse now to go to this store due to the sexual predator employees whom work at this location. I'm so close to calling the local law enforcement to file a sexual harassment claim but for the publics view I will refrain from doing so to save your stores reputation I do recommend action be done for future events where others may feel harassed as I just did today is Saturday September 9th, 2023. Thanks you for your time I hope this individual getting terminated serves as a lesson for other employees currently employed to new employees in the future.
